BCGK provides educational content related to multifamily real estate investing, including free webinars, masterclasses, and a paid mastermind community known as the Inner Circle Program. When you register for a webinar or apply to the Inner Circle Program, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive related communications from BCGK, including confirmations, reminders, calendar invitations, and marketing communications by email and, where consented, SMS text message, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Current BCGK investors may access a separate, secure investor portal hosted by a third-party provider. Access to and use of the investor portal is governed by separate terms provided at the time of onboarding and is not part of the general website Services covered by these Terms.
All content on our website and within our webinars and Inner Circle Program materials — including text, graphics, frameworks (such as the SCORE framework), logos, and course materials — is the property of BCGK or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
You agree not to misuse our Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with the operation of our website, or using our content for any unlawful or unauthorized commercial purpose.
Our Services rely on and may link to third-party platforms, including Zoom (webinar hosting), HubSpot (forms and communications), Calendly (scheduling), and Investor Cafe (investor portal). BCGK will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our Services resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet or utility failures, or actions of third-party service providers.
